Knowing the Different Muscle Groups to Effectively Build Muscle
Even as a beginner in bodybuilding, one should not be excused for not knowing the different muscle groups of the body. Knowing this is a key to effectively develop your workout programs with your trainer and you will have a sense of assurance that you are doing your workout in the right way because you know which building muscle groups you are targeting in each of your workout exercises. Knowing which muscle groups are being worked out for particular exercises would make you aware that you build muscle mass in these muscle groups. If you don’t feel anything in these muscle areas while targeting them with your exercises then you know that you have to re-evaluate your workout plan. The different muscle groups are the chest muscles, back muscles, abdominal muscles, upper leg muscles, lower leg muscles, arms muscles and shoulder muscles. There are exercises designed for each of these muscle groups. Some exercises even cover different muscle groups at the same time.
